Tarik McMillan is a Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Duquesne University and a background in Trauma-Based Counseling in residential, inpatient psychiatric, and private practice settings. His passion for the counseling field stems from personal experiences with counselors during his adolescent years in which he felt unable to connect and express himself freely. He made a promise to become a counselor that provides a space for clients to identify the source of their struggles and develop the tools necessary to address them appropriately. Born and raised in St. Croix, he understands the culture and stigma associated with mental health in the community. His firm belief in the transformative power of counseling fuels his drive to serve his community and break down the stigma associated with mental health.
Tamara is a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Qualified Supervisor in FL, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in NM, with a Masters of Science in Counseling from Barry University. She has direct experience working with adults, adolescents, children & families in a variety of settings to include inpatient psychiatric facilities, dependency & foster care, community mental health, private practice, military installations both in the mainland US & overseas, as well as in manage care. Tamara offers clients supportive & practical feedback with compassion and understanding to look at problems in a new way. Born and raised on the island of St. Croix, in the US Virgin Islands, Tamara's life work & passion focuses on increasing access to much-needed wellness services for traditionally underserved populations through the provision of culturally responsive, client-centered services.
Zulima Webster is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, a Certified Anger Management Specialist as well as a Certified Prepare/Enrich Pre-marital Counselor, with a Master of Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine. Zulima has extensive clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, & families. Hailing from the beautiful island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Zulima is a multicultural clinician with a focus on creating a safe, judgement-free environment to work collaboratively with clients. Placing an emphasis on effective communication, Zulima encourages her clients to advocate for themselves assertively while respecting others in order to produce long-term change. Being a survivor of a major natural disaster, Zulima is particularly passionate and experienced working with individuals and families who have been impacted by trauma.
Rebecca is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, with a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Rebecca has experience working with diverse populations, providing individual, group and family counseling services. Rebecca extensive experience working in a variety of settings, to include behavioral health inpatient facilities, medical hospital, as well as community mental health settings. Rebecca takes a person-centered approach to counseling and employs Reality Therapy in her work. Rebecca works with clients, taking a collaborative approach to help them meet their full potential to achieve self-actualization.
